It's a hassle to find the good estimate for auto repair because you need to visit couple places and lower proce doesn't guarantee good job. But when i visited New Young's Auto Body, even though it was my first time there, the owner was very kind and fixed the bumper as much as he could and gave me an estimate, which seems reasonable. We have a mutual client whose car needed to go to shop before they could take delivery. Before I could even get think about insurance, he already contacted me and said just send me vehicle info and let me know what day she is going to come and pick up. I have never been able to reach an agent on weekends, they are all usually closed. I took a shot and emailed him on his day off to see if he could still get me the card and binder or do I have to call the main line and HOPE they get it to me in a timely fashion.
