Quality of service: Very good. My rear bumper looks good as new. Estimated days to repair was 3 days. I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning, and the vehicle was amazingly ready by Wed evening. I didn’t have time to pick it up Wed, but I was happy that it was ready for pickup on Thurs. Price: Reasonable/average in comparison to other auto repair shops I had gotten quotes from. Chavez the manager came and spoke with me regarding the miscommunication and even though I was mistaken on the cost he met me halfway and provided all sorts of assistance. “So I ordered a full rotor set on January 11th and I'll admit seemed pretty sketchy with the price and all. It said 7-11 days to get them. Well it took till January 28th to actually get my rotors. I did have them painted that's why they said it took so long. Customer service was spotty but there. I see negative reviews on this company maybe due to the fact that they didn't receive there items in the time frame so they thought they got got ripped off cause I thought I was too. But I got them yesterday and they're clean. Can't really point out any imperfection on them(drill/slotted). Overall I please with the product. I'll be back with an updated review after putting them on my car and driving around on them .”

“My daughter booked this hotel for my move across the country. She and I stayed there only overnight and it was an outstanding hotel! The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and they had the fluffiest pillows I've ever seen. The temperature control was perfect in the hotel staff wonderful. “One of the few open later than 6pm, we broke 2 tire studs on our way to vacation, pepboys was full untill tomorrow evening, we came to this place and both studs were fixed in less than 20 minutes, mechanic was very friendly, the only complaint I have is I wish he hung the break caliper instead of just letting it dangle, but honestly he did a good job, a fast job, and he charged us less than what pepboys quoted us for.”
