“I moved to Orange about 7 months ago and I’ve been here only 3-4 times and every time they have been honest with me about wait times. I have been fortunate enough to be very flexible. When he told me 2 hours for an oil change, I said OK, and he was right. I rode my bike home and got lots of things done in those two hours because I knew what time I had to be done and ready to go back. Honesty is ALL I ask for. If my car is broke, although it might suck, I know I will have to fix it. The pricing has been reasonable and they’ve even fixed a tire with a huge nail in it TWICE with no additional charge. I myself am a trained mechanic, but as it is not my profession currently some things I just am unable to do at my house. I brought my Infiniti Q50 in to get a lightened crank pulley installed. Its something I did not have the tools to do the job myself and as I hate having to pay someone to do things in capable of I was very happy at the price I was charged for the job and the quality of work!
