David, the mechanic is a super honest and stand-up guy who's never once tried to charge me for things that I don't need. His prices are extremely reasonable. I've seen him work and I know he pays a lot of attention to detail, which I really appreciate. He has always taken care of me in a timely manner, and even when he's busy he accommodates me as best as he can. A couple months ago I was stopped at a red light and unfortunately I was rear-ended. I decided to come to the shop to get an estimate and have the damage to the rear bumper repaired. Once again I received excellent service! I got a solid estimate, the turnaround time was spot-on, and the quality of the work was amazing. Made me so incredibly happy to get my car back and and have her looking like she had never been involved in an accident to begin with. Stopped by one day because of a #Service engine soon light, and the Service Manager resolved my matter within a few minutes and I was on my way. And he did it for free!! Wished me a Merry Christmas!! I returned a couple of weeks later because #BMW Long Beach quoted me a ridiculously high price for a specific repair on my #2006 BMW #X5. Mr. D's did the repair for HALF the price and then provided me with the opportunity to observe the mechanic. Steve, the mechanic was well informed of how my vehicle is designed and operates. Extremely smart man. Also most people are not aware that #Aftermarket parts are often made by the manufacturer and sold under a different brand name. I know this to be true and factual. I don't know about BMW specifically but true with many #Japanese vehicles. Needless to say I am now a customer for life!”
