“My visit to TruDental was a truly pleasant experience! I was referred to TruDental from a friend of mine who lives in Anaheim and I am so glad that I have found TruDental. It is located in a convenient location and you can tell from walking in that they have thought about everything from decor to comfort. Office looks amazing and staff was amazing as well! When I walked in, I was greeted by Maria, who was the front desk person, and she was very thorough and nice in the way she explained my today's appointment. Maria also spent good amount of time explaining to me of what my insurance coverage will be for the appointment and offered drinks while waiting to be seated. Christina came out to bring me back and I was again impressed by the cleanness of the office and just nice atmosphere they have created. “I have had dr. Hong as my dentist for about a year. I needed a mouth guard so he made one for me. The mouth guard from the factory initially fit my teeth poorly, causing a lot of pain and discomfort. Dr hong spent a half an hour grinding and readjusting it to the point that the mouth guard he made was the most comfortable one that I have had. The fact that he spent that much time to adjust my mouth guard showed his patience, precision. It also says that he cares about his patients. And more, he did not even charge me copay. I have recommended dr hong to all of my family members and they love him. His office is super clean and modern and his staff r very nice and welcoming. I give him nothing less than 5 stars.”

“I saw Dr. Hsu for an emergency new patient appointment after chipping 2 teeth. I'm between insurances at the moment, and the out of pocket cost was less than I expected. A few weeks after the fix, one of the filled areas came apart. Most practices would have just charged me again or sent me on my way; Dr. Hsu fixed it later that week- without extra charges. The front desk was extremely helpful laying out costs while I was between plans. I'm planning on coming back for routine care next year after all my great experiences so far!”
