Danielle took the time to work with me and get it right. I had some challenging needs based on my hearing loss and work environment. She took the time to work with me tried several different options until I landed on the right solution. Danielle worked with the manufacturer to create the right solution. You won’t get that from your discount big box store. I admit I am a cheapskate and hate to over spend for anything. That said I have no regrets about the extra money I spent with Sonus. Danielle and staff were also absolutely fabulous when working with my 90 year old dad who has Alzheimer’s. Super patient, caring and got him taken care of.”

In total the duration was 10 months of interactions with Quang, Kelley and Jackie and technicians. Used the telephone system for refills and found it "user friendly." The patient at times was egregious yet despite roars prescription was supplied, he was educated and service was prompt. The onry patient at times was clearly nasty "hypoxia?" Thanks for treating the "Medical" patient with consideration. Awesome pharmacists and supportive team here. Prices are reasonable and service is good.”

“Dr. Nguyen is honestly, the best doctor I've ever seen. He is personable, funny, and really good at what he does. My family has been seeing him for years with only great experiences and health. Parking is a little weird, but not a deal breaker. The front desk staff are always relaxed and helpful. He can see walk-ins and usually has appointments same or next day. Although the do accept most insurances, the co-pay has to be in cash. All in all, I'm very pleased with the service.”

Dr. Montelongo is very involved and personable and straight up with his patience. Never will recommend anything unnecessary. Don't be affraid to ask him questions during your visit. Remember, communication is key. Dr. Montelongo is on several medical boards and connected in the medical community in and around St. Joseph's Hospital. He will never recommend anything that is unnecessary, treatments or procedures to get you back on track health wise. So, if you are tired of seeing a different doctor each appointment and wish you could see your same doctor each time... Then I say give Dr. Montelongo office a call, you'll be happy you did.?”
