When I was close to passing out, as I am nervous in doctors offices around needles, blood, etc. Dr. Mai and her dental assistant, Julio, were incredibly gentle and proactive during my visit. When I was receiving my shots of Novocain, Julio was extremely proactive in keeping me alert while I was recieving the shots. I have a phobia with sight of needles, so Julio and Dr. Mai gave me sunglasses and continued to talk me through the procedure. I was so comfortable throughout the entire visit and I am sincerely thankful for their proactive and professional effort to provide excellent dental services with an anxious patient! Thanks to Dr. Mai and Julio, I was able to complete all of my procedure without passing out or postponing my visit. :)”
