She is rude, always with an attitude and I don’t think she ever smiles even if you are smiling at her. I worked in medical office before and I understood that patients don’t feel well and they would rather be at home than at a dr’s office, so I tried my best to give them a nice greeting. This person thinks she’s doing you a favor. If she does not like to be there, then why won’t she look for another job? I was asking her a few questions and she kept answering me with an attitude. So unprofessional and rude. Dr Medina, you should consider hiring someone more friendly and professional for the face of your clinic.”
