They had a repair person out quickly and I was very impressed with their response and notification of their ETA. The rental was in an old building and they told me that it would not be safe to repair and could pose a fire hazard. I appreciate their concern for our safety and their honesty, instead of trying to sell us something we did not need they did the honorable thing and for that I am grateful.
