“I'll have to admit that I made a bit of a mistake when I discounted this company at first. They came to my house to give me a price for the mold removal in my plenum and coils, and I asked them to leave because I wanted to see if I could get a better deal. (That's hard to admit but it's the truth.) This was the first company I interacted with and I wanted to get another price to compare the quote I received here. As you could guess from my giving a 5 star rating to this company, second company I asked to come was nowhere near comparable these guys. First off, All States didn't charge me for the service visit but the other company did. Second, the All States technicians actually spoke English and weren't some fly by night joke that looked like the technicians were picked up on a Home Depot site. And third, the quoted price was actually the same price, but they also promised to sanitize all my vents and clean my blower. So I decided to call All States and told the phone person that i changed my mind and wanted their service at the quoted price. They came the next day and all was well. Great cleaning, great technicians, great Company.”
