I was attracted to them by the convenience of their process and have stayed with them because of the consistency. It doesn’t hurt that they are priced great, too. Now I get service at the Ladera location where Lauren really knows how to take care of me. The atmosphere there is great. I can have a beverage on tap if I’d like. If I’m not in the mood for small talk there are video screens to keep my mind occupied. And the parking is great. Thumbs up to ownership for offering a great product.”

“Not gonna lie, the outside appearance of the place concerned me. But the facial was solid, especially for the Groupon price. My skin looked cleaner and brighter. Duration was around 40minutes. She gave a face massage, microdermabrasion, squeezed out white heads, and put some face mask cream on me. After leaving it on my face for 10minutes, she washed it off and I was done. Tip: If you work out, do it before the facial because you're not supposed to sweat for a whole day afterwards.”

I would always like my hair but never loved it, so I never returned to the same stylist. Then I met Rumi. Every time Rumi does my hair, I am in love with it. She always, somehow, manages to get my hair exactly how I want it and I love the way she styles it at the end. Not only is she an amazing stylist but she is also very sweet, kind and easy to talk too. In the past, she's given me highlights (which I loved), but this time I wanted it darker/closer to my natural color for the winter and she was able to do exactly that. “The experience of getting a hair cut from her is amazing. She usually does a cut that suits your facial structure, or you can tell her what you like. I usually go with the former. She'll ask if you'd like a 0/1/2 and you can have her shorten your hair more. She buzzes your hair first before using a scissor to sheer the rest off and it's an art form to watch her as she goes little by little and evens the hair out. Once you get your cut, she shampoos your hair, followed by a nice massage and then a little yogurt drink! It's honestly one of the best experiences you can have that's different from the usual barbershop. I highly recommend coming here. She's only open WED-SAT until 7 so that may not always work out for some people but definitely one of the best businesses to support!”
