“I had a great experience with Apex! This was my first time seeing a physical therapist and Phil was very knowledgeable, who explained how the exercises will help me recover quicker. He took his time answering any questions I had. It was also really flexible to make and adjust appointments. At first I did PT with Phil which was a gym like setting where I went in and did a list of mostly the same exercises, depending on the day I would change it up and add on to the list. I think this option is great if you enjoy doing exercises on your own time and pace. Later on I switched to doing Pilates one on one with Katie and I preferred that environment more. She made sure my form was correct and tries to come up with different variations so the exercises weren’t repetitive all the time. This option is great for those who want exercises easier on their joints and someone attentive.”

So I just started making a ton of calls and conducting my own phone interviews while taking notes and picking up on the vibes of the people in which I was speaking with. Right from the start, I could tell how genuine Kyle was and still is. He really took the time to talk, assess the situation and level of care I was needing for my Grandmother especially. Rather than other companies that just quickly gave me their rates and couldn’t give me any definitive answers, I felt a sense of relief right from the start with Kyle and Your Home Care. After continuing to make a few more calls, I kept circling back to the really positive experience I had speaking with Kyle. He took the time to meet with myself and my Grandmother to put together a rehab discharge “game plan”. I am dealing with a VERY unique situation and Kyle put together the DREAM TEAM of caregivers!! What was originally only going to be two weeks of care has now turned in to an indefinite amount of time and I couldn’t be more grateful! THESE CAREGIVERS HAVE CHANGED MY LIFE!!!! I was the sole caregiver to both of my Grandparents and for me to be able to have more of my life back while knowing they are receiving the most qualified care has been invaluable! The three caregivers from day one have gone above and beyond. They’re so caring, patient, friendly, and personable. On top of their wonderful personalities, I can tell they genuinely really care and I enjoy the time I get to chat with each of them as well. My Grandparents are always sad when a caregiver shift ends because they enjoy their time with each of their three caregivers. My Grandparents and I love having the same three caregivers each week. It gives a sense of security and a way for everyone to get to know each other better. We all have been able to build a great dynamic and schedule this way! I could obviously continue to go on & on about how amazing Your Home Care is!!! They have been the greatest decision I have ever made for the much needed next step in care for my Grandparents!”
