“We love Fitness Factory. This martial arts school is really amazing for a lot of reasons. They offer different kinds of classes. The instructors really know what they r doing, especially Master K. He makes it fun to learn Tae Kwon do. My three kids look forward to going everyday and they r all different ages from 4(boy) to 7(girl) to 18(girl). The other wonderful thing about this place is that they have family classes so the whole family can be in the same class so u can start and be done at the same time. Very convenient! Plus it's neat, clean and well managed. On top of all this, I feel my kids r more focused, well mannered and healthier all thanks to Master k!”

“I felt after I saw Ellie's comment I need to say something. Dr. Sohail is an amazing doctor. I've not had a problem getting into see her. I believe the week you were trying to get in she was out the office because I also tried to get in. She is human and also needs time away from the office. I can't say I've had a problem with the staff either. Summer has been pleasant every time I've called. Before I was an actual patient when I called she knew who I was and very helpful. I'm glad I found Dr. Sohail she really cares for her patients and follows through. I recommend Dr. Sohail if you are in need of a doctor.”

“I been training at Grampas Boxing Gym for the past 3 months, and it's a great gym for everyone looking to put in work. It's hard to find gyms with a good blend of fitness boxing and amateur/pro boxing, but grampas boxing has it all. If you're looking to get fit without getting hit, this is a good gym for you. If you want to learn and put your knowledge to the test, Grampas gym offers sparring. The facility is always clean and well equipped with all the bags you need, (multiple heavy bags. double end bags, speed bags, a big ring, mirrors, a strength and conditioning station) The gym owners are also friendly and make an effort to get to know their members. The prices for the facility are great for a spacious and equipped gym. The other members and trainers are all friendly. Overall what sold me on the gym was how it made my training feel like home. Would recommend to anyone in OC looking for a family oriented gym, I live in LA and make that drive knowing its worth it. Very thankful for Jessica and the rest of the Grampas Boxing family, yall's gym helped me get through these tough times. Glad to have found Grampas gym! P.S. They have dope merch!
