“Please ignore the other reviews on Dr Wong. He is an EXCELLENT surgeon and due to my facial injuries he has performed multiple surgeries on my face. He is very direct when speaking, which is what I prefer, rather than someone who is going to hold my hand and make false promises and give me unrealistic expectations. He asked me the fat tummy question too, I am by no means fat. He’s just checking to see which area would be easier to utilize the fat from our bodies (we ALL have some somewhere) the stomach is the most effective. Plus he always gives the worst case scenario, which I like. I guess I’m just a stronge WOMAN!!! So wipe your tears sensitive little boy and MAN UP!! As for the other complaint, YOU need to take responsibility for your own healthcare and you should have asked BEFORE your consultation. I will continue to see, have my additional surgery and highly recommend him as an EXCELLENT SURGEON! Thank you, Tamra B”

“I tried the 6-week challenge, and I’m sure glad I did! I was already pretty lean, but managed to drop an additional 6% body fat. I’m down to about 13%, and the great workouts were key. The coaches constantly pushed and corrected me during the workouts so I wouldn’t get injured. The food plan was a bit generic, but overall...the program provided exactly what I was looking for. I put in the hard work and discipline, and the Crossfit Forest made it foolproof with their awesome program!”

“This is an excellent massage place. Helen, Vicky, and others working there have good training and experience. Of course, you need to tell them if any area needs special focus (for example, my legs on days when I drive four or five hours in southern California traffic). They are also good at finding the muscle knots. The rooms are clean and have good hooks for clothing and some nice decorations. This is not some fancy spa, but does not have the fancy spa prices.”
