“My friend recently bought us AAA memberships so I had to take advantage of the special offers and the fact that this office is just down the street from where I live! I used to be a member of AAA so I knew about some of their benefits already but my boyfriend and I came here because we were headed to Japan and needed our International Driving Permits. For those who are interested in doing so, you will need the following: - Application (I recommend printing this out online to save you a lot of time) - 2 passport photos (you can take them here or go to Costco where they are $5 for a 4-pack) - Current Driver's license - $20 fee (cash, check, or credit card) Despite it being relatively busy, we were seen in about 10-15 minutes and the whole process took just under 5-7 minutes. We walked out with our permits and were super relieved at how painless AAA made it be! We were also quoted for car insurance during our visit but found that the agent was none too aggressive but also seemed very disinterested like he didn't think we were taking him seriously. He spoke with a lot of jargon which was mildly offensive despite actually knowing quite a bit about policies which ultimately led to us not accepting the quote. We did get a free umbrella out of it and will be revisiting the option once again but hope that we get a different agent to assist us. Overall, I will definitely come back here often for other options like travel & tourism but just be wary since the parking lot is super tiny and always packed!”
