“I wish more people knew and understood what a blessing it is to have pelvic floor therapy before and after pregnancy! After my first child I experienced pelvic floor pain for almost 2 years. I thought it was normal and something that would eventually fix itself. Guess what, it didn't and it got worse. I decided to hire a therapist when I was 6 months pregnant with my second child. When I met Analise she was not only the sweetest, easiest person to talk to but she assured me that this was common and that I would get past this in a few short months. During this time we worked together she was so informative and answered all my questions. She gave me exercises to do on my own and even helped me figure out the best position for my body to give birth in. It's crazy when you can feel the difference each session and at the end I was left with no more pain and didn't even tear during birth after giving birth to an 8lb 14oz baby. We spent around 6 months together and I am so grateful for her and her time.”

“Ucp has helped both my kids tremendously. My first child was a 27 weeker with severe delay, I had her at one therapy center with barely any progress. I was super concerned if she would ever crawl or walk. I finally found ucp and decided to try It out. The first person I saw at ucp was Moira , and she is the sweetest person and you can tell she really loves what she does. She put my mind at ease and my daughter Helena loved her so much. The new facility is beautiful, clean, and so many amazing things for the kids to do play therapy. If you are a parent and looking for a therapy center, I highly suggest you look into ucp. Like I said, my kids would never be where they are now, if it wasn’t for them. My daughter is 5 years old and graduated from ucp and is doing amazing. My other daughter still has speech and occupational therapy. We love everyone at ucp and I know you will too!”

“Villa Valencia is our mom’s 3rd rehabilitation center. We have found VV to be the cleanest, nicest ran and most organized of all we have visited. The rooms are spacious and the atmosphere set up much like a personal home bedroom. The nursing staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Most importantly our mom is very happy here with her care and the environment. That speaks volumes as far as we are concerned as she is very particular. “I’ve been here for about 1.5 years now and I would say I’m most pleased with the quick turnaround time of any maintenance requests that are submitted. Oscar always helps us out and I’m super grateful for the work he does around our place! I’ve also had Jose help us out and he’s great as well. I don’t see Nubia around anymore but she was the property manager who helped us when we first moved in and I loved her, so sincere and genuine! This place has been great to us and parking was probably a challenge in the beginning but we are paying for an additional parking unit which wasn’t too far from our unit. Rent is high but renting houses around the area with the same number of bedrooms is around the same and at least we have access to a pool and a small gym onsite. We will be leaving early next year but have enjoyed our time here greatly!”

“I first started seeking treatment at Southbay Physical Therapy in early 2019 for upper and lower arm pain and again this year (2021) for another unrelated injury. My mother had also sought treatment here in the past and was very pleased with the results. The staff is very knowledgeable in providing treatment and accommodating when it comes to scheduling. The therapists and assistants take their time with each patient, extremely friendly, and have a great sense of humor! Especially Dr. Andrew. I highly recommend this clinic for PT / Rehabilitation treatment and if I could, would give them more than 5 stars! :)”
