“Needed to replace my fridge/ freezer immediately because my current one died last night. Went to Howard's and I'd like to say my experience was great from beginning to end, but sadly that wasn't the case. I had horrible treatment from the first salesperson. She didn't listen to or care about what I needed. She just cared about selling me an item that would net her the biggest commission. Expressed my disappointment to the manager who offered to assist me with getting what I needed. Showed me exactly what I was looking for, asked of he could excuse himself to go to the restroom and stated he would be right back. He never came back! I again decided to leave and e press my disappointment and Adam stopped me and offered to assist. I was reluctant at first, due to my 1st two encounters, but something about the way he spoke and offer to try to make the situation right told me to give Howard's 1 more chance. Adam flipped my entire experience around. He really values customers. Roberto the lead manager heard of my experience and attempted to address the 1st salesperson. She was rude to him and made a comment about how she doesn't have "that kind of patience" referring to assisting me. The appalling part is the comment was made loud enough for me to hear. Howard's is normally a great place to shop and I'm sure it still is. As long as you have Adam as your salesperson, you are guaranteed to have a great experience! Thank you Adam for turning my experience around!”

“We used Olivia's Interior to re-upholster our mid-century chairs. The entire process went very smoothly, from picking the fabric to getting the chairs completed in a reasonable amount of time. They did an excellent job with the cushions, they look beautiful!!! The fabric Crystal suggested looks great and has made our dining experience at home care-free. We are no longer worried about staining the chairs as they are easy to clean and maintain. Great customer service and a pleasure to work with Crystal. I would definitely go back again for our next upholstery project.”

“When public schools stopped offering music, my husband and I knew that musical training would be our responsibility. We asked the band members playing instruments up front in our church where they would recommend we send our son for music lessons. Their unanimous response, Adam’s Music on Katella! We checked it out and signed up our son (then 7 years old) for lessons. After 3 guitar lessons, he decided to switch to drumming and he has been learning drumming and percussion from Jeff for the last 7 years (he is now 14 years old.) Our son now plays in both a rock-n- roll youth band an acoustic trio, and would never miss his weekly drum lesson with Jeff. Our daughter now takes weekly singing lessons from Andrea. Andrea has helped her with every aspect of singing including breathing, diction, & confidence. Andrea assisted our daughter with audition preparation for the last three musical theater productions that she has participated in and even helped us with our first stage makeup session! Adam is a talented musician with a gift for teaching. He can play anything with strings and you can tell that he enjoys working with his students, both young and old. We have gotten to know all the staff there and they are good role models and amazing people who love what they do. We can’t say enough wonderful things this place!”
