“A new spa sitting on a decomposed granite base. Not quite the image we had in mind when we bought the spa. Not being sure what we actually wanted, we contacted Jeff at ARC Construction. Having worked with Jeff on a different kind of project a couple of years earlier, I was fairly certain about his integrity although not as familiar with his knowledge and skill set. I made an appointment to get an estimate. Jeff arrived on time listened to what we thought we wanted, made a few suggestions about a deck and contacted us later that evening with a plan and estimate for a redwood deck. The build went quite well. Jeff and his crew showed up every day except during the rain. He addressed our questions and concerns in a very friendly, professional manner. The deck was finished on time and is quite beautiful. He and his crew returned a week later to help us move the heavy spa back onto the deck(without incident) after the finish had cured. One last important thing. At the end of each day, the crew picked up all the scraps of wood, coiled hoses, put away tools and left the site well tended. That impressed me a lot. My experience with ARC Construction and Jeff was nothing but positive. It's clear Jeff cares about the quality of his work and his word. He is honest and a pleasure do business with. I will recommend ARC Construction to my Family, Friends, and anyone else who asks.”

“Been coming here since I was a child with my parents. I moved to la and haven’t found a mechanic as honest , great quality of work, and superb customer service . So I make the drive to garden grove when ever I need auto maintenance. Even though, I am a woman, I have never been ripped off or treated poorly here(in other establishments, others have attempted to take advantage/ or had gross behavior ) So, I highly recommend coming here. Tip: call ahead to make a appointment. This auto shop does take walk ins but it’s much faster with an appointment.”

“Ralph was here looking after my F150 because the air light kept coming on. Turns out after he checked all of my normal tires he saw that my spare wheel was the one missing the air! He also saw that my coolant was low and he replenished it to full level, and to top it off he saw my floor board was pretty dirty and full of small pebbles so he vacuumed it and made it look clean again! Great service i never knew about!”

Robert will teach Yu not to talk out your neck 🤣 (he's hilarious), Maggie, Annabell, Amir, Joel, they all are caring, knowledgeable, and down to earth clinical or support staff that made the process easier and made sure myself and my recovery brothers n sisters left with the tools, habits and resources to remain in a healthy, intentional, active recovery from here on out! However, the last few times I've been to the pool, it's been VERY murky with grime on the walls and accumulated brown grime at the bottom. I understand there are trees above that drop some natural debris, but a simple scrub by a pool cleaner every so often would go a long way. Still giving 4* since I'm confident this will be addressed and otherwise love the facility. I talked to another person who was leaving when I did and saying the same thing.”

“I went to this body shop for an estimate on damage to my Acura. My experience was top notch from start to finish. The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the place was. Auto repair shops are typically dirty and dusty with lots of car parts and equipment strewn around the work areas. This body shop looked more like a doctor’s office than a repair shop. There was not a scrap of trash on the ground, the office was neat and tidy, and I could see out into the area where the vehicles were being repaired by the technicians, which was also clean, well laid out, and free of the scrap parts. As I was waiting for the estimate to be prepared, the technicians and other employees that were coming and going all looked professional, dressed in uniforms and not screwing around, smoking, socializing, or on their phones as one often observes in the workplace nowadays. I was greeted promptly by one of the body shop office clerks, assisted right away by Cesar who treated me respectfully and was thorough and knowledgeable; he explained to me the different options and reviewed the completed written estimate with me in layperson's terms. After this experience there is nowhere else I would want to bring my car for body repairs. Highly recommended!”
