I needed a fuel pump and *NO* other shop that I contacted, would even look at my vehicle for a week or more. Other shops in town were "all booked up" and couldn't possibly fit us in. Seriously??? You are telling me a family with 6 kids, hundreds of miles from home, stuck living in the Del Taco parking lot is less of a priority than Granny's BMW that needs some brakelight fluid? I may have been born at night but it wasn't last night. H&M not only got me in that morning but they had me back on the road by mid afternoon. I was extremely happy with their level of knowledge and their overall competence. These gentlemen truely know their craft and aren't too callous to realize when someone really needs their help.
