“I boarded my buns at the Fountain Valley location while I was out of town and was extremely worried about leaving my babies for so long, but Caroline took the time to speak with me about what to expect and assuaged my fears. I bought (way too many) toys for my buns and was given photo and video updates of my babies whenever I asked of them enjoying the Bunny Bunch toys! It was such a relief to see them doing well and staying healthy. I even bought a carrot house for them and the team assembled it for my buns to enjoy :) I've seen some negative reviews about response time, but considering how busy they are, be patient and persistent and they will get back to you. Also be mindful that they capture photos and are more responsive in the evening. Thank you so much for taking care of my buns, Caroline and the Bunny Bunch! We will definitely be seeing you again!”

“My initial interaction began with Stephanie, who was SUPER! She called to indicate they had an earlier appointment available, unfortunately I wasn’t going to be home at that time. But I told her I would call back once I was available. She understood and told me not to worry. When I called back she informed me that someone was available and could be there within 35-40 minutes. Which was perfect! The service technician Mario arrived on time and was extremely polite and personable. I actually canceled the other appointment I had scheduled for later on with another company and decided to do the work with Home-X. You only get one time to make a good first impression and THEY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!”

“Myself A few bandmates and friends were asked to be part of a photo shoot planned for Igloo Coolers and Iron Maiden Collaboration. So I needed some Iron Maiden tees last minute and figured Hot Topic would be just the place. Not only was this hot topic location open till 8pm (an hour later than it’s nearby counterparts) which worked out perfect, I was helped by an amazing enthusiastic staff member named Hannah! She helped me get everything I needed for us to best look the part for the shoot. Tees/chains/ belts/jewelry. Was not expecting it, but it seriously made it an awesome and fun shopping experience and I would highly recommend coming here if you ever wanted or needed anything Rock and Roll. Thank you again!”
