Adrian, Cesar, and the entire team have never tried to upsell anything or do anything that was not necessary to keep my car running. As a great example, I went to get an oil change and tire rotation and they ended up only doing the oil change because Adrian informed me that my tires are worn evenly and didn't have much life left. Enough to drive another 5-10k miles, but not enough to warrant charging me for a tire rotation. What mechanic do you know who would be that honest and not just charge you for a service you requested, but don't need? These guys are great!”

“This is a great place if you are a teacher or a parent in need of either treasure box items or incentives for your own kids. They have so many little toys for school carnivals and they give discounts to teachers and PTA members - I believe they give discounts to people that work with kids because I see the YMCA and Boys and Girls club in there all the time. They also carry decorations for most all of the holidays. Also if you see something on their website you can call them or email your cart directly to the store and they will see if they have it in stock and if they don't they can order it and have it all ready for you when they receive it. They can usually have it in store if I order by Tuesday it will usually be in the following Wednesday or Thursday (No Charge).”

“My 5 years old dog suddenly experienced IVDD (degenerative disc disease) about 4 months ago and we had to go to different animal hospital that is closer to my house. We went there and they told me to consider euthanasia because there is no hope for my dog anymore. Also, they prescribed medication but it was just painkiller. Then, we made appointment with Dr. Shim (which is my dog's usual physician) and with his treatment, my dog can now walk normally!! The surgery was too expensive option for me but Dr. Shim's medication treatment was successful. My dog is slowly getting better and now at this moment, she can walk, run, and walk up the stairs. I would give 10 stars to Dr. Shim and definitely RECOMMEND him!”

She gave me time and was really pleasant. I felt really comfortable and confident that I was in capable hands. I will be referring my friends to this office as it is really a pleasure from a convenience point of view as well as parking. The medical assistant, Gabriel was so nice.
