If residents themselves don't follow the rules by keeping their house tidy and kept up, and adults and kids respectful of others they will definitely get a warning or worse. Thats why the park is a place if rest and you feel safe taking a walk in the afternoon or morning. If issues arise the manager is very willing to work with you. She and her supervisor helped with directing me to the right resources I needed to get some things straightened out for my home. I am forever grateful for them.
