My property manager has used him on many jobs so while he was at my new apartment cleaning the carpets, I asked him to clean a large white upholstered platform bed and mattress. Not only did he give me a great deal but he took precautions with the white upholstery and offered alternatives to where it may damage the bed. He has integrity in his work and cares about the customer’s items and doing a quality job. My kids all take music lessons there and have grown so much from the one-on-one instruction they receive from their experienced, talented, caring and patient music teachers. (Specifically, my kids have worked with Mr. Biff, Miss Alexandra, Mr. Cody, and Mr. Ryan, but I don't think you can go wrong with any teacher there.) While my oldest is focused on learning, recording and performing new songs, my two youngest stay focused on getting a solid foundation in music theory fundamentals while they each learn their instrument of choice: guitar, piano, and drums. In addition to the lessons, my kids have also taken advantage of recording sessions, summer band camp (where they got to make a music video that you can find on BCRC's YouTube Channel), Friday night open jam sessions, and open mic performances. This place specializes in dim sum, bao buns, and some Chinese food. The shu-mai pork dim sum is good and made from scratch when you order it. The Xiao Long Bao are average, not enough broth inside. The BBQ pork Bao Buns are good. Excellent Orange chicken, ask for extra garlic. The Chow Mein is ok but somewhat flavorless. It needs a hit of soy sauce, and the chicken is a bit dry. You can choose the thin or thick egg noodle for the Chow Mein. I prefer the thin noodle. Egg drop soup is nice. Minus a star because cash only.”

“My dogs were treated lovingly and were not traumatized by surgical procedures. I fully expected them to refuse to get out of the car for the post surgical exams but they showed no fear which tells me they were treated with love and care. One of my dogs had a history of chronic GI problems and presented with an acute GI problem as well. Dr. Silveira was able to get to the bottom of both issues and my French Bully, Max, became like a new dog. No more sitting up to sleep, no more regurgitation after drinking water and acutely he cleared up quickly from pancreatitis. Dr Silveira took all the time needed to discuss the issues, the options, and to hear my concerns. It is hard to find someone you trust with the care of your pet babies and I am so happy to have found Dr. Silveira. All the support staff working there are equally caring as well. Once when I was parked outside in the heat with both dogs but only one dog had an appointment, the support person asked to bring both dogs in because of the heat. They also carried the dogs because the pavement was so hot on their feet. This is especially caring treatment that goes a very long way in establishing trust. Thank you Dr Silveira and staff.”
