“Booking is super easy, everything is online...no need to wait for staff to answer the phone. I booked a last minute appointment at 12:50pm for a 1:20pm. I didn't time to fill out insurance information on the mobile site, but you scan your ID/insurance card at an iPad when you check-in. Everything went fine, no need to talk to a person staff and they are hardly behind the counter. The TV screen in the waiting area will tell you who is next in line, my wait time wasn't too bad (no more than 20 minutes). There are signs that say if you are late for your appointment by more than 10 minutes, you are considered a walk-in. Staff: I only interacted with a gentlemen ~40s-50s, polite, all business no small talk/blood drawn like any other blood draw. Bathroom: at the middle of the lobby, thank you to the girl who pointed me to another office for the key (red ping pong paddle)”

“I've been coming here for over 10 years for all my oil changes. Most of the time I'm in and out in 10 to 15 minutes. So awesome. It's a family own business and the people here are nice. I find them honest and helpful. They recently took over the old burned down gas station on their lot and re-opened it, which is great if you happen to also need gas. The owner's son Don manages the place and he's a cool and nice guy. Always a pleasure coming here to receive their services and I'll be back for more.”
