“I've been using A1 Fleet for almost two years now and will never go anywhere else as long as they are around. Top notch service. I NEVER feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need. They are 100% transparent with all the services done or needed for my vehicles. I don't feel like just a customer, they treat me as if I were part of their family. They'll even provide a loaner vehicle if I give them enough notice. “Great nature park with paved and dirt trails...great for mountain (or standard) biking, walking, jogging or just enjoying nature. I have seen deer and coyote here...beautiful area. You can park in the parking lot for a small fee $3 but there is also some free parking on the street in front of the church...first come first serve. Very nice bathrooms...and a great place for the whole family...except dogs are not allowed, and I think electric bikes (motorized vehicles) are prohibited also.”

“In reading many of the previous reviews below, they all have same keywords in common...great customer service, friendly and helpful. Reason being it's because it's true if not an understatement. Short story long, I really needed my bike fixed ASAP due to gears and brake levers not working. Called several bike shops in and around the Orange county/ Newport Beach area and got nowhere. Until I finally called Newport cruisers and spoke with Daniel. Explained to him my situation and wanted to see if at the very least I might be pointed the right direction or given some advice. He told me to go ahead and bring the bike over and he'll take a look at it. I finally arrived at the shop 30 minutes before they closed expecting at the very most a solid lead or suggestion or maybe an appointment I can make leaving me to figure out what to do regarding getting to work the next morning. Daniel who answered the phone and was the only one working at the shop being that they were closing took the time to not only look at my bike but repaired what was wrong with it on the spot there with such a good attitude and sincerity and just genuine good character that it was beyond refreshing to see. With over 20 years of hospitality management & and customer service experience myself I know how to spot the good & the bad apples and not to sound like a tool but I am rarely super impressed. Yes I appreciate the fact that my bike was and is like brand new and I was able to get to work on time that following morning but more importantly Daniel front Newport Cruisers has such a good attitude when most people would have not even given me the time of day certainly not when it's 30 minutes before closing. Was beyond reasonable when it came to charging me and did such an outstanding professional job with such kindness and customer service excellence I had to post this rambling five star review. Do yourself a favor and go to Newport cruisers Some places deserve your business and this is such the place.”

He'll offer rides to any destination if one wishes to work at home, office or coffee shop while they wait. The prices are reasonable as far as owning a German luxury vehicle is concerned but that's a price one must pay for German engineering.”

“This shop is a classic! I had a haircut with Morgan and it was an absolute delight! I was greeted very warmly and offered a beer when I sat down. I came here for the first time about a on vacation and forgot to leave a review. I’m always a little skeptical of getting my haircut on the go. But, this shop has almost 5 stars all the way! She was very polite and gave me a nice clean touch up. Not to mention its right up the street where I was staying.”

“Good place to have a good time. The place is located on the top floor and it's shaped like a house. Not sure on dress code rules but people were casual dressy. The front desk validate parking. This is a good place to bring friends but not necessarily want a club vibe. The DJ had good music choices. The place was crowded but spacious enough to move around. They have quite a good amount of seating areas. All the servers were attentive and I was not ignored. The prices of drinks were mid range. I dont think this place has food but again, I never asked for food. I would come here again with friends.”
