“Heritage Memorial Services is more than a business, it’s a blessing. My family has used their help twice in the past for both my grandparents’ funeral services and each time we’ve returned because of the excellent care and service we received. They had Buddhist services and every detail was as it needed to be. Both of them looked wonderful and were treated with such respect. We really appreciated it at such a difficult time. Joe and Elizabeth made sure everything ran smoothly and looked beautiful. Cesar especially, treated us as though we were family and we could see that they took real pride in their work. Sadly we are in need of funeral services again, and this time it was my turn to do the planning. Despite how busy mortuaries have been with Covid and the many restrictions that come with it, Cesar made us feel at ease. He stayed on top of every detail and walked me through each step of the planning process. He has been the bright spot in this terrible situation and we are so lucky to have him in our corner. “This is the best experience I've had in retail! I called about a leather jacket, unfortunately it was a non-carry forward style. Lana, was able to find an alternative option and have it sent to the store for me to try on while she was on holiday. When I arrived, the sales team (Joanna) and her associate could tell I did not love the jacket -- maybe because I was moving back and forth trying to make it work. Luckily, their intuition paid off and they found an alternative style for me (which happened to be exactly what I wanted, but couldn't find)! I made the purchase immediately. I came back for a fitting a few weeks later with their tailor and also purchased a pair of shoes. The jacket was delivered via courier to my home today. The experience has been exceptional. I will definitely be back. Due to the great experience, I may have gone a bit crazy and purchased more Balmain than I had intended to this season.
