Only complaint would be that recently, the checkin process is a bit slow and disorganized, with no clear indication of where customers should wait, and order of selection is left to “Who’s next” at times. Expect check-in to take 30-40 minutes. Used not to be an issue, so likely when things come out of Covid to normal, hopefully that self-corrects. But otherwise, quality service and good communication.”

My sister who now lives out of state saves her jewelry needs for when she comes to visit just to have him work on things. My step mom has been going to him for many years and always recommends him to everyone. My soon to be wife was very happy with the work he did on her wedding band and plans to go to him for her jewelry needs. I'm pretty sure even my dad goes to him for the few things he has when they need some touch ups. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their jewelry worked on or created. By my estimation he is affordable and is willing to work with you to figure out how to best serve your needs. Everyone I've have spoken to there is always friendly and inviting. Plus; there is often a very friendly dog who will come out if you want them to aha.”
