Eric was fully engaged from the beginning and made the experience of owning a rental property seamless (which can sometimes be seen as a nuisance). He listed the property and found a long-term tenant in a matter of weeks. And by long-term it was 18-months! I was always informed on what was going on, but overall it was a very hands-off experience, which I appreciated. In early 2020, my wife and I found out that we were going to welcome our first child into the family. This meant purchasing a new, larger house for our growing family, which meant selling my wife's current property, which also meant selling the property we were renting out (which I owned prior to meeting my wife). We had a very specific timeline in order to line things up for the new house. Eric was very specific in the steps needed to unwind everything, and made what initially seemed like a LOT of very BIG things that had to happen in a very SHORT amount of time, all while going through a move and pregnancy...not so bad in the end. “Seriously delicious, such a great hole in the wall! Came to this place for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful it was inside and out. Made a reservation online, and the entrance was quick and easy (tip Wednesday nights aren’t too busy.) service was amazing through out our whole time there, so incredible nice and accommodating. We ordered the best clam chowder I’ve ever had, garlic bread and the full sea food platter which was plenty for 7 people. The food was so good!!! We were all so happy, and we usually don’t get desert but since this place was awesome we gave it a shot. We were not disappointed. All in all, delicious and amazing!”

“I'm picky about chicken, so I was a bit apprehensive about trying a new place. The chicken was tender, and nicely seasoned, but you could still tell you were eating chicken. I had mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese for sides and both were good. A little pricier than say KFC, but not so much that I would call it a deal breaker. I would absolutely eat here again.”
