“Train-x workouts are super tough. But what I like about them is that they are catered to each individual athlete's sport and position. For example: Baseball players will do baseball workouts designed to increase arm strength & agility. Football players will do football exercises designed for footwork & speed. The trainer even gets "position" specific (footwork drills for QB's, speed for RB's, etc.). I started working out at Train-X when I was 14-21 years old and Terry helped prepared my body for a Division 1 scholarship as a Quarterback. You can work out in groups or individually. I always preferred group workouts cause it pushed me to compete with the other guys/girls in my group. I'd recommend this type of personal training for athletes and/or anybody who wants to achieve their fitness goals (weight loss, muscle build, etc.). Overall, amazing value for the price!”

Compared to many of the other places in Southern California, the price is very reasonable. Michelle has made a great effort to cater to the grooming needs of male clients. Her salon carries a great selection of products for men and she'll be glad to order you a specific product that you are looking for. With the recent introduction of the spa massage chair, it's nice to relax and get a pedicure done. Even us guys need to be pampered occasionally.”
