Dr Marques is amazing :) One of the best in the industry! (I've been going to her for 15 + years). Receptionist ladies are nice and helpful :) great place for an office right next to a great park.

Smile Time in Auburn is an amazing dental office! It's small and intimate but very well taken care of. Staff there are truly professional and yet friendly. They have a gift of really putting you at ease while taking good care of your teeth, TV's in the ceiling help with that too. Big shout out to the receptionists as well, you can tell they have important/demanding jobs but they still make you feel special when you come in. I also really like their paperless, online appointment setup and new patient process. Currently they also accept Dentical and see kids too. GREAT PLACE!

Everyone here is amazing. I’m usually very anxious at the dentist, but Dr Alix, Dr Monica and Ashley made me feel super comfortable and confident at every visit. ♥️ Danielle in the front office is magical and deserves a medal for patience and understanding.

Ive been to a lot of dentists unfortunately. I take great care of my teeth but that hasn’t stopped my continuous visits to the dentist. I’ve had some very bad experiences at previous dentists to the point where I hated coming to the dentist. Smile Time in auburn has changed my perspective. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so nice and actually seemed like they cared. It was as good as a dental experience could be and left me with a beautiful smile. Highly recommended!!

They answered the phone that is Rare and listened without giving canned responses. This was enough to motivate me to drive 20 miles to do business with them. Crystal didn't disappoint. Knowledgeable, efficient, professional and effective sales and technical. Allow her the opportunity.

After having spent hours trying to contact customer service.! I got in my car and drove to Middletown store where I met Ryan :-) and Ryan became the greatest advocate a customer could ever want! That says a lot from a single mom! Not only was he able to accomplish what I couldn't do for 3 days he fixed my issues with a smile :-).. And went above and beyond when he has assisted my son with something that was bothering him as well .... even as we waiting on hold to talk to customer support he offered my son not only friendship but food as well!!!! It's nice to know there is still good customer service out there. Thank you Ryan for your service......
