  I cannot say enough about Placer Physical Therapy! It starts with Kristi at the front desk; she is caring, competent, has a great welcoming smile and works with you to find your perfect time! James was my Physical Therapist and I owe him so much gratitude! Without exaggeration he has literally changed my life! I was born crippled and have always limped and "walked funny". Because this throws me, and the muscles in my back and legs, completely off balance I have always had issues with muscle pain and weakness. I've been to many many Physical Therapists throughout my life (I'm 82yrs. old) and no one has ever analyzed my gait! I just have always tried to deal with it as I continued to walk and go to the gym. My very first visit with James actually started with "well, let's see you walk". I was astonished! He knew within minutes what my issue was and, with work, knew we could fix it! I was so excited! I worked hard and he guided me with the correct exercises and therapy over the course of several months. At my age I have finally learned how to walk correctly! I can't describe my excitement! Every day feels new to me as I incorporate what James has taught me into my every day activities! I won't lie, sometimes I slip back into my old gait, just out of habit, but now I recognize what I'm doing and correct myself. I no longer have pain and if I do its because I've slipped up and need to get back on track. By now my corrected gait has become almost natural and walking is so easy by comparison! James you're a ROCK STAR!!

  Placer PT was an amazing experience for my 95 year uncle. Their caring and compassionate staff provided excellent, ability-appropriate therapies to keep my uncle on his feet before a debilitating illness took him down. Even after we discontinued service, their staff continued to inquire not only about my uncle’s well-being, but mine as well. The team at Placer PT is amazing!!! (Kristi and Jeremy in particular) From reception, scheduling, therapies, and more, this team truly goes above and beyond!

  Double your pleasure double you fun after two nearly back to back 12 session needs of Physical Therapy with Jeremy and Kristi.
  I had an unfortunate accident August 9, 2019 were I dislocated my elbow and required a long road of Physical Therapy at the hands of Jeremy. The most caring and knowledgeable Physical Therapist I have ever encountered in some 50 years.
  Kristi stayed on top of my scheduled and always greeted me with a very warm welcome and a smile of concern for my day. They make a terrific team and I recommend Placer PT to anyone in need of PT.
  It was only a few weeks after my release from PT with directions for continued strength building of my elbow that I went under the knife for knee replacement surgery. My surgeon directed PR immediately and Jeremy and Kristi worked their magic and scheduled me for 12 sessions. Again with Jeremy at the helm he took time to explain the processes of attaining full range of motion for my new knee and the rebuilding of the muscles.
  Jeremy was always backed up by Kristi with the final touches of each session with cold packs and muscle stimulation.
  During the course of 24 sessions of PT and sharing family stories, I got the feeling of family.
  
  Jeremy’s now telling the stories of the Growth of baby Drew whom arrived in November 2019! He is a proud father and a Terrific Doctor!

  I have nothing but positive praise for Jeremy and Kristi. I was injured in 2017 and went through 2 operations, one on my left knee and one on my right ankle. The knee worked fine, but the ankle was bone on bone and surgeon recommended joint replacement. I was referred to Placer PT by my daughter and was treated there in the spring of 2019 and thanks to Jeremy's positive attitude intense work on my ankle I am now playing softball again .

  James at Placer Physical Therapy has been my PT for over 3 years. I started working with James for my shoulder from volleyball wear and tear and then later issues with my neck from extensive computer use. Last year I had ACL reconstruction and James helped me with range of motion prior to surgery and has been helping me progress since the surgery. I overused my knee a couple of months ago as I was starting to see my physical ability come back and set myself back by about 2 months. This was the same time my work schedule ramped up and I was sitting for far too many hours a day unsupported. James helped me identify what was limiting my progress to focus on that so I could finally get back to the gym and rebuild my strength. James always sends me out the door with exercises that focus on and progress my own ability on my time to build strength and uses the time in his office to really work through my issues.
  I cannot recommend James and Placer Physical Therapy enough. Their office is clean and organized, Kristi at the front desk is attentive, thorough and efficient and Jeremy has helped my brother through his own hamstring issues. You are for sure in good hands and they are a group that is worth the money.
