    Good problem solving from the tech originally from Ohio who hopefully will stay in the Mint Hill store. Although new with ATT he had great industry experience elsewhere.

    The rep that assisted me was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Without a doubt the best (and almost only) positive experience I've had at an AT&T store.

    This is the best AT&T store. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Anthony and Arkel were both really nice and easy to work with. I will drive out of my way to come to this location.

    Kaitlyn the AT&T rep greeted us as soon as we entered the store and immediately began to help us with our mobile phone issues. She offered multiple options and eventually the best option was to acquire a new device. She also offered promotions and money saving opportunities to lower our monthly bill which we took advantage of. The transfer process from the old phone we brought into the store to the newly purchased device only took a few minutes and we were shocked at how she was able to do that. My son walked out with a brand new iPhone, screen protector and a case for a very small price. It was unbelievable. The entire transaction took less than 20 minutes and we were on our way. I highly recommend this location and the people there are the highly qualified professionals.

    Friendly staff, daytime attendant who is will happily wash your windows, free air & water,always clean rest rooms.

    Open around the clock and that's great, no problems ever and employee's
    Are very nice, so far so good.
