Sierra Foothills Transcendental Meditation

I’ve done TM everyday since my first training session with Rick and Nancy…almost always twice a day as instructed…and it is firmly established as an invaluable routine in my life that I look forward to doing, and am protective of as a top daily priority.

How I’ve found it to be most helpful is as a regular stress management maintenance exercise…keeping things in that regard low enough that I can have more mental bandwidth for creativity and also a positive self-care perspective.

I thank them both for being great TM ambassadors and teachers…providing a great impression of the method right at the start.

Transcendental meditation is the real deal and so are Rick and Nancy. The effects of this technique are so profound and effective but also simple and effortless. I had so much built up stress that was never resolved and after practicing this technique I’ve become more my true Self. Thank you Rick and Nancy.

Rick and Nancy are remarkable. Just spend 10 minutes with them and you will likely notice something hard to define but very appealing about them. They truly radiate the serenity and happiness that mediation is meant to bring. I have practiced several forms of meditation over the years and have personally found TM to be the easiest, most natural and most enjoyable meditation technique for me. The TM Center that Rick and Nancy have created also provides the ongoing support and community experience that is so valuable in succeeding with meditation over time (the food at the potlucks is very good as well!)

This place is quickly becoming a great spiritual and life path center for me personally. Rick and Nancy are second to none with their instruction, patience and friendship. Anyone who is wondering whether or not TM is for them, there’s no better place to give it a go.
