When the washing machine would take 6 weeks for them to get they suggested we look into other stores which might by chance have one. And gave some store suggestions. We did find it at a nearby store. I will definitely go back to this store next time I need an appliance.

They responded immediately with a loaner while my new order with them was being shipped. We have bought other appliances there as well as being our number one place for parts. I truly can't say enough to express my respect for this store.
