He's always willing to work with us for special setups and we leave knowing we got a competitive deal and were able to benefit from his many years of experience. He's also been good about exchanges if something is not working for us which is often not true of the online stores. There is a reason Pat has been able to make a go of his shop in that same location for all these years. He's the best around!
