I was afraid to switch my home insurance policy due to the fact that I wanted to have an agent I reach just in case I need assistance. I didn't want to always call the company's customer service or claims number. Stephen Makis the agent who I worked with to purchase my home insurance policy is great and provided excellent customer service.
