  My husband and I have been shopping at this Jerad location for 5+ years now.
  Every-time we go in we receive excellent customer service. Each representative has been knowledgeable, professional and helpful. My husband surprised me with a beautiful pendant with a stone that moves for Christmas a few years back. We also purchased a set of chocolate Diamond earrings at one of their events. Most recently we had ring designed using the stones from a ring I inherited from my mother. Sabrina was instrumental in helping us create the perfect setting. We can’t express how much it means to have an expert help us with our family heirlooms.

  Sonja and Sam were excellent. They took time to help me consider designs for an engagement ring, including working in ideas I had for customization. I never felt pressured to spend more than I had in mind, and they also met with my fiancé and I later on to make some changes.
  I will definitely come back for any future purchases.

  If I could give them 10 stars I would, 5 stars alone does not justify the amazing experience and care we received here. My boyfriend and I had gone to Shane Co. before going to Jared and boy was that a mistake. At Shane co. we were passed on from one associate to the next and then the second associate disappeared for 15 mins without telling us even though we stated we wanted to purchase a diamond engagement ring and possibly both of our wedding bands. It was not busy at all and there were associates going in and out of their office/vault area in the center of the store. We left furious that we were profiled either by our looks or attire or possibly race. When we entered Jared a few minutes later, after the horrible experience at Shane Co., we were greeted with a warm welcome and big smiles. We had been there before and assisted by Brett , the Assistant Manager, who was thankfully there that day as well. He was friendly, kind, attentive, honest and really listened to our needs. We didn’t feel pressured nor ignored and he was patient with me as I kept rethinking the cut of the stone. He found us a beautiful diamond that checked all our boxes and more! Thanks to Brett and the team at this Jared location we found exactly what we were looking for and left with an amazing experience my boyfriend and I will remember forever. Thank you Brett! We will be returning for all of our future jewelry/watch purchases!

  My mother in law came to me and showed me the idea of getting a custom replica of my husband’s father’s wedding ring for my husband for our wedding day and it was a little over a month away before the wedding and Sabrina was absolutely awesome with executing the custom ring job and put a rush on it for us to be able to have to give to my husband on our wedding day! I really appreciated they’re professionalism and constant support as if they wanted it as much as we did. Their warranty is also very broad and covers things most places don’t. I’m very happy with the service and experience we had here!

  I usually hear horror stories about jewelers but not at Jared. I purchased my fiance's engagement band here over a year ago and everyone was very welcoming and extremely thorough with the details regarding the purchase. I did a three month payment plan which gave me three months to pay off the engagement band and after that the price doubles. Well I clearly paid it off before then and didn't have any issues. I plan on going back to get our wedding bands for our wedding in July. Thank you for helping me pick out a band that my soon to be wife loves
