Sally was a realtor helping my client both sell her current home, and purchase a new home. As if buying a home isn't scary enough, buying AND selling at the same time can be VERY scary for people. Trying to get an offer accepted when up against other offers in a market with tight inventory (which is even less attractive to a seller when a buyer also needs to sell a home), wondering if they will need to find temporary living arrangements in between etc. Sally was able to get both her home to be sold into contract, as well as the one she wanted make her new home into contract virtually simultaneously.
