Extra Space Storage

Tried to rent a unit on line but the reservation system was being rather glitchy. Fortunately Josh was able to get it all sorted and got me set up in short order. The unit and the whole facility look clean and well maintained. Overall, very satisfactory. Am quite pleased with the experience.

I recently entered into a contract for a storage space. I completed the transaction online and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Later that day the customer service representative Josh called me to review everything and set up a time the next day to met at the space and review everything. I was very happy with the excellent service I received. Full details on entering the facility, the lights, door and lock. He even assisted me on the proper way to exit. I'm very happy with the entire experience.

Josh was great! He was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a unit with them already and needed to upgrade to a larger unit. He laid out the whole transfer process and made sure that I was taken care of.
Customer service was top notch.

Michael and Josh, the two gentlemen who facilitated my use of a storage unit at an Extra Space facility in Placer County, were extremely helpful, kind, and considerate. Anyone would want to transact business with them. They were happy to correct errors made by the intake unit for Extra Space. They were eager to do everything and anything they could to make the business of renting and using their units, a pleasant one. Michael and Josh are both so personable that it was a great pleasure doing business with them. Our interactions really made my day!

This was such a great experience. I haven't had the need for storage for a very long time. I called them at the last minute and they were great at suggesting what would be the best size and cost for what I needed. They were very fair about sharing the best options for long or short term use. Anyone I have spoken to has been so informative.
