Niello Acura

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Niello Acura. I've been shopping for a car that is both stylish and fuel efficient. The sales team and management were outstanding. My salesperson was Mohammed and he set me up in the perfect car that exceeded my expectations. I met with a sales manager, Pedro, to discuss down payment. This is where I expected to bump heads and squabble. Instead, he made the process easy to understand and listened to my needs. My monthly payment is important to my budget. Pedro took the time to explain how my down payment affects my monthly payment and we were able to agree on an amount that I was comfortable with going forward. I did have to put more money down but I understood why. He was very honest and transparent. What a refreshing way to buy a car. Niello Acura is a class act.

Coming to Niello Acura was a great experience I have been with my previous Acura dealership for the past 20 years. This was my first time that I had approached Niello Acura and I was very impressed with the timely response Mr Brian Woods provided. I did not get that from my previous dealership when I had to wait or remind them that I needed a response Brian at Niello Acura got me my Type S and kept me informed all the way till it arrived. His manager was great support to him

I liked the experience because our sales person Mohamed I was very kind and he wasn’t pushy. Someone bought the car we wanted, but he went the extra mile and found us an even nicer one! He let us take the car out by ourselves (me and fiancé) on the drive.They even did a great job working on financing with me since my credit isn’t the best.Ended up walking out with exactly what I wanted thanks!!!

Let me start off by saying 5 stars is an understatement. I am beyond grateful and blessed from the service that me and my family received. TONY was absolutely amazing! He was so real and welcoming and gave me the best advice. Tony worked with us for HOURS trying his best to get us the best deal possible. Luke came in and worked some kind of voodoo magic and sealed the deal. I don't know how he did it but he made it happen and I am truly blessed with the deal we received. I desperately needed a new car. After 3 years of me trying to get out of my beat up car it finally happened! Tony, Luke, and a few others, stayed 2-3 hours after closing to help accommodate me. I highly recommend any and everyone to go see Tony whenever you are looking to buy a car. You will not be disappointed. I see a lot of reviews saying how others are the best but Tony is #1!
