FirstLight Home Care of Placer County

I have been a caregiver for over 5 years, I have worked for multiple home care agencies but I have never worked with such a great team! Great supportive management, great coworkers and great clients! Unlike other agencies they make sure to send the right caregiver to the right client. They are consistent, flexible and provide annual training to there caregivers! During this pandemic they even provide PPE! So far I’m extremely happy at my workplace thanks to FirstLight Home Care!

Caregivers provided are exceptional. Each person that has come is knowledgeable, polite, blends with my family, clean, eager to help, personable and really wonderful people that genuinely CARE.
I recommend this organization and we are even adding evening hours now.
I can now leave my parents and feel secure and calm that they are safe and well cared for. Both my parents look and feel happy. The worry lines on my moms face are disappearing and she looks so much younger and relaxed.
Every dollar we are spending is more than worth it and you really can’t put a dollar value on exceptional care! My parents wish was to stay in their home during their last years and now we are able to give them their wish and feel we have done all we can and sleep soundly knowing all is well at home.

Dear Paul, we would just like to thank you for your service, and comment upon the exceptional kindness, compassion, and empathy shown by Hanna for our mother, and our entire family. She went so far beyond our expectations that we really want to personally thank her for allowing us the grace to help mother at this difficult time, but also to hold our hearts and hands to help us with this part of the journey as well.

I currently work for FirstLight and they have been so amazing! They instantly realized I was a hard worker and is working with me to get me out there to see some really kind and amazing clients.
