    Started going to East Wind after a friend strongly recommended I try it out. I loved it! The teachers are really friendly and knowledgeable. Each class I get a new experience, which keeps me coming back. 🤗🙏🏻

    Great family atmosphere, a community type of feeling. All Classes are heated up to about 93 to 95 degrees. Hot class just means less flow and
    movement more static poses. Each instructor teaches their own class design which compared to the corporate cookie cutter every class is the same, is much better for enhanced results. I am coming up on my 3rd year with EWY, love it, and lifer for it.
