I had a home that I needed to sell BAD. It was in good condition and a great location but needed some cosmetic work and I was struggling to find the right bid for the job. I was given Kristen’s contact information and she immediately scheduled a time to come see the home, found the maintenance team we needed, staged, listed, and sold the home ALL in less then 2 months. Because of her wonderful prep-suggestions/help, I got an offer in TWO DAYS and closed early (when the average for houses just sitting on the market was in the 40 day range). Kristen is good at what she does, a no BS kind of realtor in the most respectful way and she is attentive of her clients needs/wants.

Kiana is amazing, she sold two houses (trust sale and primary residence) for me and helped us buy our dream home in a crazy hot market. Where do I begin singing Cindy's praises?!?!?!? Cindy was incredible! And that is an understatement. Literally from the second I filled out a form request to view a house she accommodated my schedule, dialed-in on what I was looking for and got down to the business of finding my forever home. She is so good that THAT process took less than 4 days. After finding my and my daughter's forever home she fought tooth-and-nail on a multiple bid scenario to get the house. Only problem... it required a 14-day close! Well, Cindy was instrumental in working with my incredible lending team on me for that too! Long story short, we got it done in 15-days and i'm happily writing this review from my new home. I couldn't wait to write this review. My small way of saying THANK YOU Cindy!
