“Just a year ago I had invasive shoulder surgery and when January arrived I was extremely weak, having been unable to work out for years. It was then that I decided to search for a personal trainer, which wasn't easy, as there are so many!. I knew I needed one on one training and someone who specialized in rehabilitation of shoulders. Casey's personal website was the answer and his video really encouraged me to make that first phone call. Casey is professional, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and motivates when I say " I can't do that!' Over the past five months not only has my shoulder become stronger but my whole body, as he mixes cardio, core, legs and of course upper body. We've had to take it very slowly but the difference is already quite amazing. I intend to continue training with him until I feel I'm strong enough to work out alone. I trust him implicitly and recommend him to anyone, whether it's for rehab, to get in shape or to learn how to work out correctly!
