“I signed up for the Energy Genesis 3 day treatment. It was truly an amazing experience. The combination of light, sound and vibration is hard to explain. Each session I ended up in a dream-like state. I will admit I did not eat well like I was supposed to afterwards. I did drink a lot of water and the sessions caused me to do a lot of inner reflection. I feel I had the possibility of accomplishing more had I been faithful in my diet. “Dr Tim has been a lifesaver for my entire family and me. My husband is 6’4”, an avid snowboarder and skier, and he does manual labor for a living. He gets back and neck pains that are relieved by regular adjustments by Dr Tim. Every time he leaves the office my husband is walking taller and smiling bigger than when he went in. He doesn’t take pain meds to manage the pain, just the monthly adjustments and stretching in the interim. Dr Tim has worked on me with similar results, too, especially after giving birth and breastfeeding took a toll on my back. Because we trust him so much and believe in the results we’ve seen for our family, we even asked him to adjust our 10 month old when we suspected misalignment. I absolutely would never have trusted anyone else to adjust our baby. Afterward, our son took his very first steps right there in the office. We travel 2 hours up from Grass Valley for appointments because we have yet to find someone more capable closer to our new home. “Just a year ago I had invasive shoulder surgery and when January arrived I was extremely weak, having been unable to work out for years. It was then that I decided to search for a personal trainer, which wasn't easy, as there are so many!. I knew I needed one on one training and someone who specialized in rehabilitation of shoulders. Casey's personal website was the answer and his video really encouraged me to make that first phone call. Casey is professional, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and motivates when I say " I can't do that!' Over the past five months not only has my shoulder become stronger but my whole body, as he mixes cardio, core, legs and of course upper body. We've had to take it very slowly but the difference is already quite amazing. I intend to continue training with him until I feel I'm strong enough to work out alone.
