We ended up going with a motorized choice and I am quite happy with the results. Let's talk about results. The reason I am so happy with it all is because of their amazing installer, Scott Parker. Dude was a rock star! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and just over all a great guy who absolutely cares about the end result and the customer being HAPPY. He helped me set up the automation and was extremely patient. It was about a 6.5hour job and he never complained .... being in real estate, I hear many unhappy stories, but was thrilled to have the positive energy at my home. “My daughter started dancing here in October 2017. The front desk is extremely helpful and courteous. They went above and beyond to get my daughter in the class with her friends which I was really appreciative of and totally did not expect. My daughter takes mini hip hop with Mercedes Royce and loves it. She is learning to move freely and put moves together on her own as well as in a routine. The entire business as a whole is completely family friendly- always allowing you to view your child’s class or go in and record or spectate the routine- which I love! This was our first winter showcase experience... we were blown away! The level of expertise from a choreography standpoint was tremendous and the costumes were gorgeous! It truly was like going to see a small production! We are so thrilled with our experience, we have now added our daughter into ms. Vanessa’s rap class. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, choreography, business as a whole! We are already looking into adding jazz into the schedule for next season!”

“On Memorial Day, I hit something in the American River that created a violent vibration if I went above idle. I took the prop to a shop in Sac and left it there for a month. After 4 phone calls, the shop called me and said they didn’t think my prop was salvageable. I picked it up and took it to M&W. The guy put it on his machine, measured it, and said yeah, it has some issues, but give me a week and I can fix it. 2 days later, he calls me up and says it’s ready, come pick it up. The prop looked great, and I finally put it on and took it out this afternoon. It works perfect! No vibration at all! These guys had a super quick turn around and were great to deal with. This is the 4th repair shop I’ve dealt with over the years, and by far the best!”
