They did a good job they got the job done as quickly as possible they didn't tack on any unnecessary items, just what was needed and the price was reasonable. I paid $1,382 for a new air compressor serpentine belt and a new tensioner bar and all the labor and all the other stuff that goes along with that kind of repair. Which I thought was fair. The only thing I didn't like was it cost me 41 bucks to put it on the card. You have to pay 3% of the bill if you want to use a credit card but other than that good guys. And they took good care of me.

Outstanding and Honest!! We were traveling back home to Ventura County, engine light came on, we have a 03 Sequoia, It was only 100 plus degrees! We stopped in at Integrity, Patrick and staff were Amazing!! Patrick was so honest that he found the problem, told us what to do and made it clear we could make it home with no issues! He was so Right! Didn’t charge us a penny! Thank you Integrity!!!!!!

The folks here really embody their business name. I brought my work van here for a check engine light after a prior shops inability to fix the problem and to service the transmission. They not only fixed the problem but also drove it Beaumont Smog and got it smogged, saving me the trip. I then brought my work truck in to get the air conditioning fixed. I was expecting a thousand dollar compressor replacement. Instead it was just a fuse and a freon recharge needed that cost a little over a hundred bucks. Patrick, Katrina and the rest of the shop are good people. I would recommend all my friends and family to them.
