I needed an emergency referral and they fit me in right away. I admit, sometimes it's hard to get through to them on the phone, but any time I leave a message they call me back right away. Today I called because I was having issues getting an appointment with the orthopedic doctor, and Marissa was so nice and helpful. She said she would call and try to get me an appointment. I don't go to the doctor that often, but every time I go there, everyone is so nice and helpful. I don't understand some of these bad reviews.

I have been to a lot of doctors offices in the past forty years since a very serious motorcycle accident that many years ago. I have always been treated with respect and everyone in the office is very nice. I never have a problem getting through to them on the phone.
