These mounts are very clean and sturdy.I have the mount on 3 different brands of helmet. My dirt bike helmet has the harder version which still held up to a face plant at the track. The new version, I did not know, is more flexible which can also save the camera mounting forks. Mostly on the Hero 9 & above.

Side note, i didn’t realize they made a new model and when I reached out to them, via Instagram, they promptly answered my question and sent a link to the video. They could have just sent me the link and left it at that, but no, they actually took the time to type a response. Great customer service and even better products.
