Beaumont RV

The people at Beaumont RV really went above and beyond to make our experience the most enjoyable purchase we have ever made. Rob was honest and great about communication and helping to achieve an unrealistic time-line. Noah was our sales representative and he was just wonderful and accommodating. We were buying this unit sight unseen and he went as far as to video the unit for us before we drove to California to pick it up.

The entire team from sales, finance and even their shop employees went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying an RV, as they really understand true Customer Service. 🙂

We found the trailer we wanted online and decided to make the 2 hour drive to come check it out. We let Noah the salesman know we wanted to move forward with financing and we had submitted an application online. We didn’t hear from him for a week so we followed up and there was an issue with our application. This issue was easily fixed and I feel like he should have called us to resolve the issue more quickly but either way it was taken care of. We picked up our trailer today and Oscar was absolutely amazing! He went over all the features of the trailer and you can tell he really knows his stuff and is someone who actually uses a trailer. He got us hooked up and on the road in no time. Oscar was by far the highlight of our experience!

Had 4 problems on my brand new travel trailer fixed at Beaumont RV. They got it done quicker than what they estimated. I am extremely happy with their service. Definitely recommend Beaumont RV for purchasing and repair. I believe the gentleman that helped me was Joel in service.

Good Service... didn't catch the name. But he let me explore all Rvs alone... very nice selection overall but priced just outside of my budget.
